I like Saturdays

Ahhhhh Saturday, one of my favorite days of the week. Today looks to be a good day. Probably gonna go hang out with Joe for a little while. Then, I gotta run cuz I'm a lazy bastard and I didn't get up early enough this morning. I was gonna do some circuit 800's, but a 5-mile fartlek run on the country roads sounds a little more fun. Was gonna write more, but I gotta go. Later~ Rich
