"Sunday morning is every day for all I care..."

Man I am spent. I got up early this morning and went to the Lutheran church across from campus. The pastor there is really nice and is a VU grad, apparently (Valpo, not Vincennes... I can't simply say "VU" around here) Anyway, I'm going to get over there more often.

We ran at Wesselman's today for an hour and a half. We were well under 6:00 pace for an hour's worth of running which was pretty cool. Tuesday we're doing 7 x 1-mile. Anyway I need to go because I've got some material that needs to be up n' studied. Tscheus ~ Rich
